Try Birdy Box for 45 days risk-free!

If you're not entirely satisfied with the Birdy Box you can return your order for a refund (minus return shipping).

Your 45-day trial period begins from the day your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Return requests can be submitted through our return portal.
For orders placed between November 15th and December 20th, returns will be accepted until January 31st of the following year.

Exchanges

Products can be exchanged for another item or variant of the same item for up to 30 days from the date of shipping.

Orders placed between November 15th and December 20th for exchanges will be accepted until January 31st of the following year.

Birdy Box will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send your original product back to our warehouse. An invoice will be issued for the return label, and payment is required before your replacement order is shipped out.

*Orders must be returned in the original packaging with all components included and intact. For orders not meeting these return requirements, a $25 USD fee will be applied

All purchases made from other platforms or at other locations, such as Amazon, eBay, etc., are to be handled in accordance with the specific reseller’s policies and through their designated return channels.
